Most likely the design pressure at sea level is 10.15~11.6 psi. which is the same as all Instant Pot models except for MAX which offers selection of standard pressure cooker 15 psi or lower pressure.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.A pressure cookers time varies by the density of the product. I have seen cooking at high temps as well as low temps. At high temps you are using it as a pressure cooker at low temps it is a slow cooker(Crock1 pot).
