“Are the ergonomics the same as the discontinued Insignia model # WLM1451-SV ? That prior model has 5 buttons. My scroller stopped working and I want the same kind of mouse which is comfortable with my hand... Please advise.”

I don't think its the same but you can give it a trial by checking that out.
