Can you use these to workout? null

Yes for sure, I ride a motorcycle and they stay in with 70+ mph wind.

You could if you don’t sweat much, or you have a very snug earbud fit. I personally couldn’t because the sweat makes them too loose for me to risk it. However, if you run outside in cooler weather with a band or hat, these might work nicely. I’d personally go for something else with a neck band or something, just so you don’t lose them.
