A:AnswerThey are rechargeable battery stands that use a type-c USB charging port. They also come included with a cord per stand, but they're pretty short in my opinion and I'm using a 6ft cable that I bought for my Note 10+. If the base is dead you can't adjust the weights.
A:AnswerNo, they won't adjust without being charged. As far as the bar holding the plates with the weight it had prior to power loss I can't say for sure but mine held the 20lbs it was set on when the base died, but it felt a bit loose or much more loose to my liking.
A:AnswerSame problem here, but this happens with just one of the dumbbells. The other one is working fine. The issue is with the dumbbell, not with the base. Will reach customer support and let you know in case there is a way to fix it.
A:AnswerJAXJOX technically offers a 1 year warranty, but DOES NOT cover purchases made at Best Buy (this is specifically stated in their warranty verbiage as of December 2022).
A:Answerlol not at all, they need to be plugged in and plastic wears out being outside let alone that the bases is electrical and determines the amount of weight you decide to use… I def wouldn’t
A:AnswerUp to 8 people can have individualized progress tracking, but each individual person must make a profile within the app that the data may upload to.
A:AnswerAll the JAXJOX products must be charged. Once charged they can be placed on their stand anywhere. There is a battery indicator on the display that will tell you when to recharge.
