A:AnswerUnfortunately you cannot since our Link series doesn't have the Connect + feature on them. These speakers are mainly used as Google assistant for home.
A:AnswerI would try to charge it up the speaker for maybe a half hour to an hour to make sure the speaker battery is not dead. If no success after that I would try to reset the speaker by simultaneously pressing the volume up and play button. The speaker should light up white on the top. At this point you can release these two buttons and then you can proceed to press the power button to turn the speaker on. Hope this helps and good luck.

A:AnswerDid you try a new cord or box (sorry, not sure of the exact name - the power box to plug in the wall). Hubby said ours wasnt charging as well and switched to a new box. Worked great.
A:Answerit will connect via blutooth to computer, Ipad, phone etc....I have the "2" and its indestructable, great sound, need another to put instide and outside. You will be happy with this product.
