A:AnswerIf you plug a microphone at the microphone port of our JBL PartyBox 300, the Bluetooth feature of the speaker will not work. You can connect one corded mic and a Bluetooth mic to the speaker if it has its own Bluetooth module that is also plugged in the mic port of the speaker.

I'm a bit confused when you say "if your vehicle came with RCA "INPUTS" for audio and video"... I'm guessing you mean OUTPUTS instead ? If your car stereo has RCA outputs - it would be as easy as connecting your car stereo via a double RCA cord to the RCA input on the PB. Of course you'd need a cord long enough to go from the car stereo to where you have the PB. Also ensure you use properly shielded RCA wires for that application. I hope that helps.
