The TV has to have the ability to connect to devices via Bluetooth. For example, some Samsung TV's come with integrated Bluetooth adapters (since their remotes are connected via Bluetooth) that can connect to a device such as these JBuds Air Sport True Wireless In-Ear Headphones. If your TV does not have bluetooth built-in, you will not be able to connect these to the TV. You will have to perform an internet search for your TV and see if it comes with a Bluetooth adapter. If you have a smart TV go to your setting and find the pairing option

These will pair if your TV has the option to pair a bluetooth speaker, soundbar or headset.

Same as any Bluetooth device, also have to be paired. Find the Bluetooth area on your TV and pair. The bud will tell you it is auto connected each time you use it. Hope this helps.

I have an older SAMSUNG plasma that doesn't have built in BT, but I picked up a "MEE HD Audio Transmitter" which is real simple to hook up to any TV, which allows You to connect any BT enabled device to your TV so You can watch anything at any time without disturbing anyone while enjoying great Audio with your program.
