Yes, if you use the Keurig "My K-Cup" adapter. I use one for my Ethiopian beans that I grind and use in my Keurig 2.0 machine

        Answer

Hello and thank you for your question. Our K475 Brewing System will brew the following cup sizes with a regular K-Cup pod: 4oz, 6oz, 8oz, 10oz or 12 oz. If you use a Vue pod or K-Mug pod, your system will brew 12oz, 14 oz or 16oz. This system is also compatible with K-Carafe brewing as well which will brew up to 4 cups of coffee at once. We hope this helps!

    • Question
I am debating between K425 and K525. Under K525 it says it has to set the timer. I really want one that has a timer so I can set it for my husband when he leaves to work. Does K425 have this since it's more in my budget.   (5 Answers)

Hi Lizz and thank you for your question. Both the K425 and K525 Brewing Systems have a programmable feature called the Auto On/Off. You can program your brewer to turn on or off automatically at set times. We hope this information is helpful.

        Answer

Hello and thank you for your question. The K475 Brewing System and the K425 Brewing System contain the same 400 Brewer. The difference in the numbers indicates a difference in the packaging options between retailers, such as how many K-Cups are included or if there are any accessories included. We hope this information is helpful!

          Answer

Hi and thank you for your inquiry. The K425 and K475 are the same exact brewer/have the same features. The model numbers are different for retail and accessory pack-up purposes only. Retailers include different accessories with our brewers, check with your local retailer for more info. We hope this information is helpful.

Hello Jolene and thank you for your question. The My K-Cup Reusable Coffee Filter is designed specifically for use with ground coffee and we do not recommend using it with loose leaf tea. We hope this information is helpful!

          Answer

Hello and thank you for your question. If you are having trouble brewing, or experiencing interrupted brews, you may have coffee grounds stuck in the entrance needle. The Brewer Maintenance Accessory, included with your brewer, can assist in cleaning out the natural build-up of coffee grounds that can form in the entrance needle of your Keurig® brewer. The Brewer Maintenance Accessory is compatible with all Keurig® 2.0 or Keurig® Plus Series brewers. See how to operate your Brewer Maintenance Accessory in your Use & Care Guide, and please contact our Customer Care team via email or phone, at 1-866-901-2739, if you have any questions.

          Answer

Hi and thank you for your inquiry. We suggest descaling with our Keurig Descaling Solution and or white vinegar before you leave. Take the water reservoir off of the brewer dump out any remaining water and make sure to unplug it. When you come back, refill the water reservoir with fresh water and run a few water brews through. Then brew as you normally would. We hope this information is helpful.
