ALL YOU DO IS ROTATE THE HANDLE IN THE BACKTO RAISE THE BOWL. YOU TURN TIL IT STOPS !/2 ROTATION I STOP THE MIXER & LOWER THE BOWL TO SCRAPE THE SIDES OR ADD INGREDIENTS
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.There is a handle on the neck of the mixer that you can turn to lift the bowl up and down. Seeing as the head of the mixer itself doesn’t lift on this model it makes scraping the sides a little harder. If you use a flat rubber spatula though makes it easier. I found if I want to get to the bottom though I have to unhook the mixing attachment.
