A:Answer The Bike is only folded in the box. The only actual assembly is sliding seat into post and clicking peddles on. The rest of bike just unfolds and you lock the clamp down. Zero tools required. Then you will need to add air to the tires. Best Buy does not do returns for e-bikes, doubt they will assemble it, which this bike does not need.
