NO the u430 touch is exclusive to BB. The red one if im not mistaken doesn't have a touchscreen.
No. The U430 Touch is exclusive to Best Buy. The red model you mention is actually a U430P model which is available from most retailers and directly from Lenovo. The price is the same, but the U430P has a much worse screen (1366x768) than the Best Buy U430 (1600x900). Most reviews online give the U430 high marks. Finally, U430P does not have a touch screen.
