• 2.5 Inch SSD. But it does have an M.2 port on the circuit board.

• I answered this question incorrectly, claiming that the SSD it comes with is M.2. As someone else answered too, that the stock SSD is the regular 2.5 inch type. However, there is an M.2 slot on the board, which you can use instead.
