Please try again later.Are you using your monitor exclusively for a PC? because your video/graphics card on your desktop may not have the capacity to produce the output for your monitor. If you have an Xbox or any other electronics that has HDMI, try connecting it to your monitor and see if it gives you the desired resolution. If so, then it is your PC and not the monitor that has the issue
