If you are open to using a dock read on, if not... do not. :-)
HDMI typically flows both ways, but I am not sure that you could "daisy chain" your monitors off the ports. I run two monitors off my MacBook and while the splitter is not desired, I would suggest you pick a dock. A dock is not super expensive and you can use it to hub all your monitors and other options and really makes life easier. Depending on your needs and setup, the dock will give you a simple way to use dual monitors and plug in a printer, speakers, phone charger, and other needs.
