Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hi, Doug. Not sure if this is the same issue that I had, but after dealing with tech support for a couple of days, they advised me to send the soundbar in because of a software issue. I only had it for a week, so I opted instead to take it back to Best Buy. They swapped out just the bar (so I wouldn't have to bring in the box and all the other components) and the new one worked great! Before, stereo worked fine, but anything with more than 2 channels was nearly completely inaudible on the "center channel". Hope this helps.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. While not a firmware update, there are two things I would recommend if you haven’t already tried.. 1. Download the “LG WiFi Speaker” app on a smart device. This will allow you to go in and alter the Sub, Overhead, and rear speakers. 2. On your SK10Y remote, press the button located directly ABOVE Auto Vol. Once pressed, the display on the bar will read SUBWF, pressing the button repeatedly will cycle through the options. The volume Up/Down is used to change the levels. Hopefully one of these will help, as I have only messed with #1 myself.
