• Monthly service plans and all services for the Jitterbug Flip can be viewed on the GreatCall web page, www.greatcall.com. You can text/picture message on the Jitterbug Flip. There is a Library of several pre-made text messages of commonly used phrases available that can be easily sent, or you can customize a message via the triple tap method using the keypad.

• They have several plans. You do not have to use texting. It's perfect for calling. If you go online and use your debit card, you can activate the phone online. Or you can call the toll-free number that comes with the packaging and get it activated with your debit or credit card.. very quick activation.
