“Can the Jitterbug flip phone be activated through Verizon (at a Verizon representative store) and added to our existing Verizon plan?”

• No it can not. I tried to do that also. The carrier is Great Call and when I called they were very helpful. Just have your Verizon account number handy and they can switch carriers and you will be able to keep you same phone number. Good Luck
