Please try again later.You will simply call Great Call & provide them w/ the info they need to deactivate your current GC phone & activate your new GC phone & port your cell #. Very easy. Then you'll continue to pay your bill every month as you did before. I purchased this phone for my mother, she already had a GC account. They don't charge an activation fee for a new phone on an existing account.
