Because this mouse has the option of lowering and raising it's DPS, it should work well to resolve your "shaky hands" issue. But using a very high resolution and a relatively low DPS you should be able to increase your accuracy.

Please try again later.Not fully understanding the thought behind "shaky hands vs. quick click reaction" it seems to me that you may want something with slow mouse response (to avoid shaky hands from moving the mouse too much) AND a quick mouse click. This mouse is a gaming mouse so it's very responsive to movements so that may present a challenge. However the button click is also responsive so that may address your concerns. I like the mouse, it's responsive to the touch and the click and has some neat setting options. So you may be able to "dumb" it down for mouse movements while still maintaining it's button responsiveness.
