Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.This frequently happens when you plug the its USB chip into a normal, regular, old-fashioned USB plug. You have to plug it into a newer version USB outlet that has the little wires icon next to it, or the signal won't send/receive properly between it and the mouse. (and yes, I know this because I initially made the same mistake!). If it doesn't work after that, then a trade-in would be in order for a faulty mouse.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.First off, make sure the battery is good. Also make sure that the connection is properly installed. I never turn mine off -- leave it on. New batteries are cheap. :-)
