As far as I can tell it would work with any computer. Plug small adapter into any usb port and add 1 AA battery and turn on. Would work on lap top or like me I amusing with a desk top.

I would say that it is. You can check the specifications (either online or on the packaging) before you buy it, but I have friends who run Logitech mice with their PC and Apple computers.

Yes, I have had this brand previously and used on different lap tops. As long as you have a USB port, you are good to go.

Yes and No. I have MS OS Vista, USB ports. Tried this mouth, as result I had got message “unknown device, successful installation”. But it does not work - no moving on the Windows screen. Changed battery - no help. No red light underneath of the mouse.
