Delivery times are never accurate. Bestbuy has changed my delivery date 5 times already. Honestly will never order from bestbuy again.

Can expect poor communication, lack of tracking updates, and late deliveries when you order from BestBuy. Can generally expect at least 2-4 days later than what they say it’ll be. Maybe it’s because I’ve been spoiled by Amazon fast and consistent deliveries but, regardless, I don’t plan on ordering from BestBuy again.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Regarding Bestbuy's ability to deliver on estimated shipping dates. I went into a store since I needed a laptop the next day. The sales rep said it wasn't available at that particular location but was at a store 20 miles south of me and they could send it to me by the next day. I had the option of picking it up at the location 20 miles south or having it sent. I asked three time if they are sure it would arrive the next day and was assured it would. Now, apparently it's being sent from a location in another state and there is no estimated delivery date. The order just has a note saying it's delayed and I'll have an option to cancel if I don't get it in two weeks. I called customer service three times. No one can help. I was told to contact Fedex which I did but Fedex said they haven't received the package yet so there is nothing they can do. I'm leaving town without my order being delivered and Bestbuy will not let me cancel the order! DO NOT TRUST BESTBUY'S DELIVERY estimates. If you need it by a certain date make sure you get it from the store or order it from Amazon. Amazon does a much better job hitting their estimated delivery dates. Also, the customer service reps are nice but are absolutely useless. They just read that same information Bestbuy sends you via email. Very frustrating

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Never order anything online from Best Buy with shipping. After 30 minutes there is nothing you can do. You can’t cancel the order on or pick the item up at the store. Their shipping system is terrible for a company so large.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.This company is so garbage in shipping. They will give you a shipping date and then delay it the day of delivery . Provide no shipping label because there lazy reps can’t put a label on a item and drop ship it for two weeks. Horrible experience. I assure you Best Buy will have no option after 2021 . They will make the change to allow shipped items available for pickups when delayed shipping is last minute. There Stock is going to plummet. Remember I said this. You’ll see public articles on this horrible shipping issue they seem to have. Customers waiting and waiting and waiting. Don’t buy from Best Buy. They are horrible on integrity and it’s catching up to them . They must not see all the horrible shipping issues with the customers items stocked at surrounding stores. Google is logging dozens of the same complaints on there platform.

The best buy I went to had a line out the door with people waiting for their "one hour pick up" promise. They should remove it and stop pretending they can fulfill these orders. I'd rather order from Amazon next time and have it delivered accurately next day. Not same day and I'm sitting here 3 days after with not even an update email.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.No. I was told in store when I purchased a washer and dryer that it would be delivered in 3 weeks, Cancelled by Best Buy. Then rescheduled for 2 weeks later, received 2 emails confirming, received a text confirming, received a phone call confirming and waited all day after moving everything so they could get them in, never showed up and never contacted me to tell me they were not coming, I had to call them to find out what was going on which was a major hassle. Now rescheduled again with same thing, already received one email confirming, we shall see. So, to answer your question, ordered in July with promised delivery in 2 weeks, it's now September and I still have no appliances and they have actually billed my credit card. I am going to call them this time and see if they actually have the items and are going to deliver them before I move all this stuff and sit home all day waiting for a no show.
