The smell is VERY strong of Skunk and one phone call to MC the Lady was NOT very helpful. She said they do not warrantee against smells. This definitely came with this smell. I WOULD NOT recommend buying this just based on how unhelpful they were today. I'm going through a process with them but there are no guarantees! Check back for updates, right now it stinks! Show more answers Q: Step Down Transformer Questions... I'm looking at the Magic Chef 2.6 cu. ft. dryer. It runs on 110 volt power. My only accessible outlet, which I used for my prior dryer, is 220. Will a step down transformer work? If so, what wattage capacity does it need to be? The step down transformers I am looking at come in 100, 200, 300, 500, 750, 1000, 1500, 2000, 3000, 4000, and 5000 watt capacities, and obviously get more expensive as the capacity increases. 100 is very inexpensive, and anything above 1500 to 2000 starts making the overall cost unattractive. Any experts out there now which watt capacity will comfortably get the job done? Many Thanks for your time.
