jsmexusa, we did manufacture gas and electric model in 855 series. Unfortunately, certain stores carry what they can in the store. Please ask one of the store assistance, if it is possible to order the model of your choice. Hopefully this information is beneficial to you. I believe the non steam model was an 835 which is what was a ailable in the store. I hope this will help you track the availability. I love my electric model 855 steam dryer.
