  • Q: What is the difference between the 64 GB and the 128 GB?  (5 Answers)

    By Anonymous

    • Best answerThe difference between the two is the storage capacity and RAM. The storage capacity of the 128 GB is double which allows you to store more information and download more programs and applications. However, you can add a memory card to the 64 GB and be ok. The main difference is the RAM. In the 128 GB you get 4 GB of RAM, where in the 64 GB you only get 2 GB of RAM. If you don't know RAM determines how fast your tablet will run and with these tablets you cannot increase the RAM. What you buy it with is what you get. So, the more RAM the fast your tablet will run programs and the better your tablet will perform when using more than one program at a time for example surfing the web while checking email at the same time or streaming a vide while surfing the web etc.

  • Q: Does Surface 3 come with Windows? It appears that the Windows is temporarily loaded on to the unit. What does that mean?  (5 Answers)

    By Anonymous

    • Best answerHello there, the description says, " Office activation required within 6 months of Windows activation date." It is Office that is temporary loaded on the Surface 3 not Windows. The Windows is permanent. We hope this was helpful to you.

  • Q: How long is the battery life? In the spec sheet I don't see anything about how long the battery lasts.  (6 Answers)

    By Dave

    • Best answerI get about 7 hours of light use. It is a computer though and I've notice sometimes scheduled tasks (I'm assuming) will sap battery life. Overall though, probably 6-7 hours, get a portable battery pack if this is an issue, that's what I did, but I've never actually needed to use it.
