Great question! To connect your Surface to an external display we recommend using a USB-C to HDMI adapter.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.there are two basic ways to connect: either get a USB3 (Go2) to HDMI (monitor) cable or a USB3 multi-function "docking station" from Microsoft or other vendor that has multiple connections for USB, HDMI, and whatever else is on the particular docking station. the USB3 port on the Go2 will handle a lot of different functions, including charging with a 24W or better charger. a straight cable would be the most inexpensive, but if you have other needs as well, a docking station might be a better investment in the long run. hope this helps and stay safe!
