Had a joystick get stuck in "Drift" position. Is it easy to bring back to Best Buy, and get a replacement/exchange? I have the 2 year warranty from Best Buy. Had this controller for only 6 days...maybe 4 or 5 hours total playing time. null

Same problem I bought the warranty now I have to buy another controller until they get their business in order which shouldn’t happen cause that’s what you pay for, convenience.

Yes very easy. I had three Series 2 controllers drift or have other issues. The last time they replaced with this Series 2 which I’ve had no problems with.
