I ordered the FST-00008 and after I submitted it, the order details changed it to FST-00001. I immediately cancelled it. I initiated a chat and the agent was totally dismissive and unhelpful. I had the screens still open confirming what happened and the agent blew me off and he ended the chat. I didn't re-order the item. No customer should be treated so disrespectfully regardless of customer status. My ElitePlus status wasn't enough to garner even the most basic of courtesy.
