I ordered a FST-00008 and received a FST-00001
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I ordered the FST-00008 and after I submitted it, the order details changed it to FST-00001. I immediately cancelled it. I initiated a chat and the agent was totally dismissive and unhelpful. I had the screens still open confirming what happened and the agent blew me off and he ended the chat. I didn't re-order the item. No customer should be treated so disrespectfully regardless of customer status. My ElitePlus status wasn't enough to garner even the most basic of courtesy.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I ordered the FST-00008, ended up still getting an FST-00001 as well. It was a newer model made technically this year but it had all the same flaws. Triggers and LR buttons breaks quickly and the “A” button still sticks and/or becomes unresponsive without an extremely aggressive push. Kinda seems like they took the old models and changed the model number then put them in new boxes (The logo is on the other side now) but they wouldn’t do that… would they?
