• A:Answer I have the fiesta red Galaxy Chromebook, and this is my first Chromebook. I've always had windows computers so I wanted to try a Chromebook out. I found reviews referencing not so good battery life for this machine, before I bought mine. I honestly have not experienced this with mine, I feel like the battery life has been amazing. I don't use mine all day everyday, like I do on my work machine - but I feel like it does pretty well on battery life.

Q: QuestionWhen using the chrome book as a tablet, does the keyboard disable? My concerns are...when the keyboard is flipped to the back of the screen, using as a tablet the keyboard will still work and if using in the car on odd surfaces, it will push keys.

• A:Answer Samsung gives you a one year warranty and I purchased 3 additional years from Best Buy. Didn't check where it was manufactured, I assumed it either was made in South Korea or parts came from multiple countries. I had it fully charged and then unplugged it unused for a week and it held 99% of its power. When used it depends on how much it's used, how bright the screen ( the Exceptional screen quality will use extra power ) and other features you are using. Full usage about 5 to 6 hours.

Q: QuestionHow would this new 13.3 Chromebook compare to the recent Galaxy Tab6 in terms of performance? The Tab S6 has up to 8 GB Ram/ 256 GB storage I believe. Does anyone know which device would perform better? The Tab S6 runs about $629 + $179 for keyboard.

• A:Answer The Galaxy Tab S6 is an Android tablet. This is a Chrome OS device, which while quite different has the capability to also run Android apps (as well as Linus, if you choose to go that route). I think that makes the feature profile of the Chromebook more robust than the tablet. In favor of the Chromebook: - I would suspect that the Chrome OS would give you a longer device lifetime (8 years to EOL), if that is one of the factors that helps you decide which to purchase. - the 10th gen i5 CPU is incredibly powerful and fast In favor of the Tab S6: - I've read good things about the Tab S6 and considered it. The S6 has Samsung Dex which helps it to seem like you are using a laptop. - if you can use your the apps available on your Android phone to do ALL of your work (or do all of whatever you want), then you'd probably be fine with this tablet (essentially a giant phone) since you can get pen and keyboard to round out its features. - much better battery life! - a little less expensive than the SGC

• A:Answer It will take a micro sd card... There are numerous type C Adaptors out there that you can use (Anker is who I prefer) to connect multiple media devices.... I have a 5tb hard drive with a USB flash drive and multiple size memory card options with just this one adaptor from Anker..... Best way around any chromebook shortage of connector ports.
