No it doesn't. For some reason Best Buy is only offering the 'mini' steelbook with the digital codes. If you want the full sized steelbook you have to pay $80 for the Master Edition.

You will need to buy the deluxe master edition as it comes with the steelbook.

No, games that come with steel books or pysical extras not included in the packaging, show up as part of the order. Example, when I ordered cyberpunk, it shows the bonus steel book as part of the order, separate from the game.
