Yes. The Ethernet output of the MB8600 is just going to the Airport Extreme. If your using Comcast your likely IPv6 now, so the AirPort Extreme needs to support that. Then you can have the Airport Express 's connected as "Add to an existing network" mode.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Absolutely this is a cable modem only just plug it directly into your Apple airports via ethernet into the WAN port of your Apple airport. Then use the AirPort Utility on your phone or Mac it will handle the rest. Make sure to check the compatibility with your Internet service provider i.e. Comcast or Cox cable.
