i agree its dumb but probably because they don't have it in stock...They might get it before September 6th though
Playstation no longer alows the sell of digital copies at retailers. You will need to go on the Playstation store to purchase digital copies.
You can pre order digital you just have to select digital copy on the game you want to pre order
