The main thing you want to look for is the SSID, which will tell you which network is coming from that router. That will be the name of the network which is broadcast that you can connect to. Find that same name in your phone's wifi settings, in the settings menu or app. In that same area on the sticker, there should be another entry called Password or Key. Enter this on your phone when you click on the network you wish to connect to. Provided that no one has changed the settings on your router, that should be the valid key you need.
