Any SD, SDHC, or SDXC card (not micro unless you have adapter) will work perfectly fine in this camera. I recommend 80 mb/s or faster. These will come in 32 gb and up. You can absolutely use a slower speed class SD with a smaller capacity if you'd like. All of this highly depends on what you're using the camera for as well. Casual usage or extreme usage? If you use the camera for taking everyday pictures, an SD with a smaller capacity is just fine for you, and a lot cheaper. If you're a photographer and will be taking thousands of photos a day, get a high capacity one.
