The Switch Lite has a 5.5 inch screen while the Switch has a 6.2 inch screen. In addition, the joy cons are integrated into the Switch Lite and are not removable. You can add additional Joy cons if you want though. The Switch Lite also lacks a kick stand as well. The biggest lost feature is the Switch Lite can not connected to the TV and it does not include a Dock either. You can only play games on the Switch Lite itself. Since the joy cons are not removable, it makes replacing them more difficult when experiencing issues and if you need the Joy cons repaired, you are without the system itself. Everything else such as memory card support, internal storage, amiibo, and game support is still supported. Also, one more thing. Due to the recent update of the new Switch revision, the battery life on the new Switch model is better than the Switch Lite as well.
