“I check every day to see if I can pre order this and normally is says “coming soon.” However, when it says pre order, I try to order it and it says it’s unavailable to ship and that there isn’t a store within 250 miles to pickup at.”

I am also having this issue. I have talked with Best Buy over chat two times, and one person told me preorders would open last night, and another person told me Best Buy wouldn’t get more until release date. So I think they don’t have actual answers.

Please try again later.I’ve been checking in everyday since the pre-order availability date and as far as I know, the pre-order launch has been postponed due to loss of production. The recent corona virus has spiked production in those countries. Most likely it will open back up come launch date when we have more definitive answers.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The corona virus has caused production to stop so it’s unsure anything other than the pre orders from amazon, GameStop and target are out. So Best Buy probably didn’t do orders and will hopefully sell them in store
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.This is some kind of bug, but basically the preorder IS sold out. Everywhere. I got that as well even though it should have been sold out. I'm not sure why it happens but unless it lets you actually proceed to checkout, you can assume it is still sold out, regardless of what it says.
