“We bought three of these for behind our large tv. They were installed by best buys geek squad. When put behind the TV first, they made a mistake and they had to get them off and on again. Maybe that's why they keep falling off? How can I fix it?”

Either buy new Velcro or 2 sided adhesive tape, very easy and simple, these adhesive products should never be reused after removal such as trying to reposition like in your situation

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I would throw away the included 3M adhesive tape and buy yourself some magnetic tape! Stick the magnetic tape to the mount and now you can easily place, move, and remove your lights anywhere that works with magnets. I've done this to my lights and it works like a charm! Would recommend taking a magnet to the BACK of your TV and see if it sticks first.
