I bought the starter kit with the bridge and 2 A19 bulbs so not positive but when I set mine up it looked for all smart devices in the home (the Echo did) and found them all. So...I think it will work. Believe all the bridge does is let you hang up to 50 bulbs off of it but don't quote me on that...I'd look into it a bit on your own. You could always buy one and see if it works, if not, return it.
