They say every 3 months but I recommend every 30 to 45 days

You have to still change the blade from time to time depending on how often you use it and I imagine the coarseness of your hair plays a role as well. I change mine out every couple of months or so but use it daily.
No you can get different blades just like razers. I seen that it lasts like 3 months though so thats good
Depends on amount of use. I use it once a week and change the blade once in 6 months the earliest.
