Just keep your Best Buy receipt. If you have problems with the case, take it to Best Buy and that will exchange it for you. I have had to do this a couple times over the years and never had an issue. Pretty great!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. Not sure with the 1 year warrantee but I can tell you that if the case parts breaks or the belt clip breaks keep your receipt because you can get the courtesy exchange from Best Buy . They changed my belt clip 3 times in 1 year and a half . Due to my working habits I walk or bump into things that makes the clip breaks .

Please try again later.Buying this case and clip / holster is sorta worth the money Warrantee wise this answer will explain it It will protects from drops that is accidental . Not military grade but good . The holster / belt clip . I love how it is designed but it BREAKS . The part where you clip and unclip off your belt . BUT —— ... keep your Reciept , as long as you have it . You can take the broken belt clip and return it for another one every single time it breaks . So they won’t cover your phone if you damage it but you will get the Best Buy courtesy return hassle free . That’s why I recommend this item . 4 out of 5 just because the belt clip part keeps breaking if I walk and hit something really hard . It snaps and breaks . But exchangeable . Good luck
