It sounds like you may have a defective drive. I have had this happen before and had to get a replacement. Especially with it happening on different computers I'd say it's a device issue and not a windows issue.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I also own the same product and Windows 7 but I had no problems at all. I'm guessing it's a bad flash drive. I would return it for a new one.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. If you tried it on different computers before formatting, then it might just be a defective flash drive. As long as you have at least a USB 2.0 compatible port, the device is supposed to work right away and it's formatted using FAT32 file system, which is recognized by all common operating systems.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Sounds like you've tested it on several computers. I use it on my Windows 7 Machine to transfer files to a Vista machine. No issues. As much as I hate to say it, I think you may have a bad flash drive. Electronics do fail and a lot of times it's right out of the box. Best Buy should swap it for you no problem.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. If you have tried various computers and usb ports then you have done all your trouble shooting. It is not uncommon to receive a bad one or one that you may have had went bad. It does happen. I would return it and try another one which will probably fix your problem.
