Hello, the Polk Audio S4 Soundbar may be searching for a Bluetooth signal. First, check that the soundbar is in the correct input. If attempting Atmos playback, be sure the TV and app are set to output an Atmos signal. The TV must be connected to the soundbar via HDMI ARC for Atmos playback.
