“I only have an audio out and aux in on the back of the turntable/cd player/ radio I have. My powered speakers sound great with cd and radio but Terrible with turntable. With only audio out and aux in jacks can I use this to help the turntable sound?”

If your turn table has RCA audio out, you can connect that to the RCA inputs of the preamp then the RCA outs of the preamp the other end goes to any RCA audio input on your powered speakers.
