There is an option within the Ring app to invert the image, so you can mount it upside down and simply flip the image. I have done this on some of my cameras.
Someone may know how, but when I tried it, I could not make that work, the video came out upside down, and you don't have much in the way of tools for the video feed on their app.

I don't know but if you buy the camera I would not hire Geek Squad to Install it Guy team out to install mine said he had no tools or lumber to get proper location And did not know how to properly install app on phone very badd experience camera hasn't worked right yet
