      Answer

If it has an anit-fingerprint coating as Mr. Samsung says, it has to be one of the worst. I have to constantly wipe my kids fingerprints off of it. That said, it is a very minor annoyance to me as I absolutely love almost everything else about it.

Diffirence between model numbers   (3 Answers)

Did model RF23J9011SR fixed all the problems consumers were compaling about e.g ice, leaking, jamming etc with Model: RF32FMQDBSR? I would like to buy it but those issues are keeping me away.

        Answer

This may have been the model from the previous year. Consumer Reports gave the model a not so stellar rating and Samsung went back and re-did the version for this year. It now has one of the best ratings that CR gives for this product.

How big are the ice cubes?   (3 Answers)

My husband has asked that I get a model that doesn't have large or odd crescent shaped ice cubes. I have heard that some models actually have a way to change the size of the ice cubes. How big and what shape does this model make?

          Answer

The ice cubes are actually small, not large at all. They are, however, crescent, or half-moon shaped. You can turn on the crushed ice mode if you want to crush them. Noting will make them pop out looking like a star or turtle, though.

What is the temperature range of the flex section?   (3 Answers)

Please tell me the degrees in Fahrenheit. I want to be sure the flex area can be both a true freezer (below zero) and a true refrigerator, not just a hybrid. Thank you!

Thanks for the question. The doors on 4DoorFlex models (like this one with the Convertible Zone), as well as Samsung's Food Showcase and other types of Refrigerators can be removed for delivery through narrow spaces. - Ms. Samsung

              Answer

One side is freezer, the other side you decide if you want it to be a freezer, cold but not zero degrees, or refrigerator temperature. That is why it is called "flex" it is flexible with your needs. I don't know the exact measurements.
