  • QuestionOur Samsun refrigerator Model RF216BEAESR dispenses water to forceful is there a fix for this problem ???? water splashes out of our cups even tall glasses ! Thanks

    Asked by Anonymous.

    • Answer Hello, Thank you for reaching out and letting us know that your Samsung refrigerator dispenses forcefully, and water splashes out of your cups, even on tall glasses. We understand how inconvenient it is for you. We're here to help. When it comes to your water dispenser, we know that you'll want to make sure everything is in working order; otherwise, it may not dispense properly. For example, the water line needs to be connected correctly and have good water pressure. A clogged water filter can also cause reduced water pressure or bad-tasting water problems. And remember, Child Lock can keep you from dispensing anything at all. Attached is a link to the troubleshooting guide that you can check, which may help fix the issue with your refrigerator's water dispenser. https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshooting/TSG01001875/ You may also check page 24 of the user manual for an additional troubleshooting guide for reference. https://downloadcenter.samsung.com/content/UM/201904/20190418150942025/DA68-02601B-14_181008.pdf For other concerns, do not hesitate to reach out via our Support Channels below: 1.
