No re-circulation pump. As for the water in the door, there are at times when washer rinses with small amount of water which seems to go over the door. I find that it helps reduce the suds at the rubber gasket.

All these newer machines are not 'washing' the door glass and seal, which is really not very sanitary. I had hair and dirt stuck to the door glass and seal after doing a normal load (different manufacturer starts with a 'L') where my laundry was not that dirty. Mind you my 14 year old Whirlpool occasionally rinsed the door and seal, and with a comparable load the door and seal would have been spotless.. Looking for a machine that at least attempts to keep the door and seal clean... Think about your 'clean' clothes being drug out over a hairy, dirty door seal and door glass... ick. Even saw a video on YouTube where dirty muddy jeans were put in a front loader and after the ENTIRE cycle mud streaks remained on the upper part of the door. Quick/Turbo wash among manufacturers is apparently directing water only to the drum, skipping the important practice of rinsing the door and seal. Samsung - any comments on this?
