I cannot answer the question because the two units that have been delivered were rejected because they were damaged. I have scheduled a third delivery but am still waiting to find out if installation will be part of the delivery. If not, I am cancelling the order. Instead of working with the store on scheduling delivery, now working with customer service out of Minnesota, who have been very unresponsive to my calls about ensuring installation will be part of the delivery. I scheduled the delivery on-line but it is trying to make me schedule installation separately on a different date which is a non-starter. Both previous attempts at delivery included installation. Best Buy needs to improve its customer service system.
