The Best Buy I bought from had free delivery and the installation charge was $35. Obviously the gas line kit is an additional charge I believe that cost me $45. So long as you have an appropriate, up to code gas hook up in the area of the stove that would be the only other requirement. The hook to prevent the stove from tipping, if a child pulls on it, is free and free installation of the hook.
