“Hello again When i use the conv Bake option it activates only the bottom part of the oven, while the upper stays off. the opposite is with conv roast (the upper on, thw bottom off). so to bake any food i have to turn once the bake and then roast”

• The difference is the convection it does a great job of circulation, you could also try placing food higher up than normal. It would give less direct heat to bottom and still air circulation to top
